My mother told me feminism was about women, 55+ years ago. Somehow the word itself resists ordinary parsing. It seems to be confused with masculism.
There are men who have a compulsion to imitate women, to avoid male competition socially and sexually. In biology it is called sexual mimicry, and it occurs in all groups of animals except amphibians.
The word gender was taken by men from grammar, and used to try to confuse the facts of sex to support their sexual mimicry. When you read it often enough you grasp that it means quite literally nothing.
Humans have sex, not gender. That’s the starting point for all discussion and exposure of men imitating women.
